3. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- The service was not provided as agreed upon or described in the contract.
- The customer has a valid reason for dissatisfaction with the service, which has been communicated to our support team.
- The request for a refund is made within 3 days of the service delivery.
b. Non-Refundable Services: The following services are non-refundable:
- Custom software development services where work has already commenced.
- Website hosting services after the website has been deployed.
- Digital marketing campaigns that have already been executed.
c. Process for Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@kdsoftware.in, keshavdev695@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and, if approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation by the Customer: You may cancel your service order within 3 days of placing the order for a full refund, provided that work has not yet commenced. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. Cancellation by KD Software Pvt Ltd: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- The customer has provided incomplete or incorrect information.
- The project is deemed infeasible or out of the scope of our services.
5. Exceptions
No refunds or cancellations will be provided for services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the customer, or where the customer has caused delays or hindered the progress of the service.
